The EQ Sports report is the world’s first assessment tool to measure the key performance competencies compiled through the assessment of the world’s top performance athletes. It provides practical strategies to help you maximize your potential and become a consistent, sustainable high performer.

Measure your key performance competencies and obtain a snapshot of your global emotional intelligence score and your score on each individual competency. The report

The 36-page report explains the team model provides an overview of the respondent’s DiSC style, poses a number of items for team discussion. Discussion items are based up the scores of the individuals and the team as a whole.
